A recent transplant from the Mojave Desert, Mary has a wide range of experience working in natural resources management for public, private, governmental, and non-profit organizations. With degrees in Biotechnology and Ecology, Mary is passionate about making connections and fostering ideas between the natural world and the day-to-day human experience. In her free time, she is creating art quilts, writing, and exploring data. Mary loves wandering the woods with a hand lens and her two kids in tow.
